ITB Berlin and IPK International latest findings show that there are five percent more international trips, outbound travel from the Americas which have shown solid growth in 2018 with a plus of five percent. In contrast to 2017, where North American growth exceeded Latin America, the first eight months of 2018 reflected the contrary.
Millennials love going on city trips, and, at least some, are willing to spend big on travelling, with now half of all luxury trips being made by Millennials. These are the findings of a special evaluation of the World Travel Monitor, conducted by IPK International and commissioned by ITB Berlin.

Following ITB Berlin 2017’s successful Medical Tourism segment launch, growing demand into this sector has led to its relocation to a larger hall at this year’s edition, due to be held from March 07 – 11.
