Larnaca is third with 16 percent and lastly Famagusta with 9,3 percent and Nicosia with just 5,2 percent.
During the first 10 months of 2018, a total of 3589 property sale contracts were deposited by overseas buyers, with 1150 deposited by EU nationals and 2439 by non-EU nationals.
