Belarus-China Visa-Free Travel in Force from August 10

The Belarusian – Chinese intergovernmental agreement on visa-free travel for holders of ordinary passports enters into force on August 10, Kirill Rudy, ambassador, Belarus to China has revealed.

Specifically, Rudy posted the following on his Twitter account, “The agreement on 30-day visa-free travel between Belarus and China enters into force on August 10.”

He also noted that the Chinese side had ratified the agreement.

Belarus also ratified the intergovernmental agreement with the People’s Republic of China on visa-free travel for holders of ordinary passports.

In line with the document, Belarusians will be able to stay in China visa free for up to 30 days during one trip, but not more than 90 days a year. The same rule will apply to Chinese citizens.
