Atlantica Imperial Awarded with Golden Chefs Cap

According to the International Institute of Gastronomy, Culture, Arts & Tourism, the South Aegean Region is now part of the culinary culture as it was proclaimed as Europe’s Gastronomic Region for 2019.

In order to support and highlight this distinction, the South Aegean Region and five flagship hotels in Rhodes will offer a range of high-quality gastronomic dinners.

In line with this, Atlantica Hotels & Resorts have announced that the Blue Bay Restaurant located at Atlantica Imperial Resort & Spa, has been honoured and is among the five hotels selected to host the dinner on September 07 for the European Gastronomy Regions.

The objective is the presentation of the South-Greek cuisine in a contemporary way, to the international island visitors, to the local community of Rhodes and to the various Greek visitors arriving from all parts of the country.

Undoubtedly, the Blue Bay fine dining restaurant offers to its guest’s unique tastes and high-end international cuisine with skillful incorporation of Greek elements by chef Elias Kakouris.

It is worth mentioning that the hotel is also nominated for the ‘Toques d’Or’ (Golden Chefs Cap) award of Greece’s Gastronomic Institution for 2020.
